Aromas: Roasted agave, fresh herbs, and soft smoke. Also present: citrus peel, pepper, and wet stone.
Palate: Smooth and slightly sweet with flavors of cooked agave, green herbs, and white pepper. The finish is clean with a touch of smoke and minerality.
Nuestra Soledad Matatlán comes from the famed village of Santiago Matatlán, known as the mezcal capital of Oaxaca. Produced using 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal offers a balanced expression of sweetness, smoke, and earthy complexity.
