Cimarron Reposado
Aromas: Cooked agave, vanilla, light oak, and warm spice. Also present: hints of citrus, caramel, and white pepper.
Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with flavors of toasty oak, baked agave, butterscotch, and baking spice. The finish is warm, slightly sweet, and lingering.
Cimarron Reposado is aged for approximately 4 to 6 months in ex-bourbon barrels, offering a subtle oak influence while maintaining its crisp highland agave character.
