Aromas: Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruit. Also present: baking spice, dark chocolate, and a hint of tobacco.
Palate: Smooth and rich with flavors of roasted agave, butterscotch, and spiced honey. The finish is long, velvety, and warm with oak and nutmeg.
Don Pilar Añejo is aged for over 16 months in new American white oak barrels, developing a deep complexity while preserving the agave’s character.
