Palate: Crisp and clean with flavors of sweet agave, lime zest, and black pepper. The finish is smooth and slightly herbal with a touch of salinity.
Siembra Alteño Blanco is a traditionally made tequila from the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco. Crafted using estate-grown agave, cooked in stone ovens, and naturally fermented, it highlights the bright, floral, and mineral qualities of highland terroir.
