The palenque is just off the main paved road on the outskirts of town, and it features a full restaurant, a robust barrel aging program, and a small bottling and labelling room. The agave used for production at Mal de Amor come from a variety of different lands in Oaxaca which allows for a rich diversity in expressions to include different terroir.
