Cascahuin Blanco
This spirit presents aromas of green agave, citrus peel, wet earth, and black pepper, with subtle hints of fresh herbs and smoke. On the palate, it is bold and earthy, featuring flavors of roasted agave, white pepper, lime zest, and minerals. The finish is dry, slightly smoky, and peppery. Made from Blue Weber agave grown in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico, the agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in open-air stainless steel vats using wild yeast. It is double-distilled in copper pot stills, with deep well water used throughout the process.
Cascahuin Blanco is an unaged tequila that emphasizes traditional methods and pure agave expression, making it a favorite among tequila purists.
