Aromas of fresh poblano, barbecue sauce, melon skin, and ripe pineapple lead into an explosive first sip, bursting with spice, smoke, and sweet, candy-like agave. As it settles, minerality and light smoke linger on the palate, followed by a tannic, herbal finish with green peppercorn.
