 A duality of sweet and savory aromas: fresh cut poblano pepper, barbecue sauce, melon skin, and a bright resounding ripe pineapple note. The first sip blasts off with intense flashes of spice and smoke enveloped by a blanket of sweet candy-like agave. After the initial flash of intensity, minerality settles across the palate with a lingering note of smoke.
