Mezcal Amarás Cupreata is produced from 100% wild agave Cupreata sourced from Mazatlán, Guerrero. The agave matures over 13 years before harvesting. Traditional production methods include cooking the agave in conical stone ovens, milling with an Egyptian mill, natural fermentation in pine wood vats, and double distillation in copper stills.
