Crafted with a very high concentration of agave, this mezcal is made using traditional ancestral methods with Madrecuishe (a. Karwinskii). It is milled with a traditional tahona and distilled in small clay-pot stills, resulting in a smooth, subtle smokiness and a remarkably broad spectrum of flavors and aromas, finishing with a warm, toasted note.
