Arette Blanco
Arette Blanco is a traditional valley-style tequila crafted in Jalisco. As an unaged spirit it showcases the pure, vibrant character of agave, ideal for both sipping and mixing. The agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens, milled with a roller, and naturally fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks with a blend of wild and cultivated yeast. Distilled twice in copper pot stills with volcanic spring water, it delivers aromas of fresh agave, citrus zest, green herbs, and subtle minerality, accented by light pepper and floral tones. The palate is bright and clean, revealing sweet agave, lemon, black pepper, and earthy mineral notes, leading to a dry finish with lingering citrus and spice.
