This Reposado, made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave harvested at peak maturity, is aged to taste in reworked, recharred American oak barrels. Each batch is blended from select barrels to highlight the balance between agave and oak. Produced with volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs, the agave is gently cooked in a low-pressure autoclave for 24 hours, fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils for a pure, consistent flavor.
