Cimarron Reposado
Cimarron Reposado offers aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, light oak, and warm spice, complemented by hints of citrus, caramel, and white pepper. It's smooth, well-balanced palate features toasty oak, baked agave, butterscotch, and baking spice, finishing warm, slightly sweet, and lingering. Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in Los Altos, Jalisco, it is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill, and crafted using deep well water. Fermented in open-air stainless steel vats with wild yeast, it is double distilled in copper pot stills, then aged 4 to 6 months in ex-bourbon barrels—offering subtle oak influence while preserving the crisp character of highland agave.
