This Espadín has a medium nose with a slight spice in the first sips and a light finish. It's a sweet remind of palm trees and sunshine while sipping cocktails with toes in the sang. Floral notes and hints of smoked agave, pineapple, and lime.

This mezcal is crafted from Espadín agave, the most widely cultivated variety in Oaxaca and a cornerstone of traditional mezcal production. After the agave is roasted, it is crushed using a tahona, a large stone wheel that extracts the juices while preserving the integrity of the plant's fibers. The spirit is then double-distilled in copper stills, a method that enhances its clarity and refines its flavor. The result is a classic Oaxacan mezcal that reflects the region’s deep-rooted artisanal techniques and rich agave heritage.
