Mama Chuy Madre Cuishe is an artisanal mezcal made from wild Madre Cuishe agave, a member of the Karwinskii family known for its tall, slender stalk and fibrous core. The agave is roasted in underground pits, naturally fermented, and double-distilled using traditional methods that highlight its earthy, terroir-driven character.
