Nocheluna Sotol
Aromas: Earthy and herbal with notes of damp soil, wild herbs, and desert vegetation. Also present: hints of citrus zest, white pepper, and subtle smoke.
Palate: Bright and vegetal with flavors of roasted desert spoon, green pepper, and fresh mint. The finish is smooth and slightly smoky with lingering minerality and herbal spice.
Nocheluna Sotol is crafted from 100% wild Dasylirion (desert spoon) harvested from the Chihuahuan Desert. Using traditional techniques, the plants are pit-roasted, naturally fermented, and distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a spirit that captures the terroir of the northern deserts of Mexico.
