Aromas: Herbal and mineral-forward with notes of roasted agave, eucalyptus, and citrus peel. Also present: light smoke and black pepper.
Palate: Crisp and earthy with flavors of cooked agave, herbs, and wet stone. The finish is long and herbal with soft smoke and spice.
Nuestra Soledad Zoquitlán reflects the remote terroir of San Francisco Zoquitlán, a mountainous area with unique soil and climate. Made from Espadín agave, this mezcal is bright, herbal, and minerally with distinct smoke.
