A Symphony of Agaves from the Masterful Reina Sanchez Experience a harmonious and extraordinary blend of wild agaves with this limited-edition ensemble from the esteemed mezcalera Reina Sanchez. Crafted in a small community outside of Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, this mezcal is a testament to Reina's profound artistry and deep-rooted respect for tradition.

This unique ensemble artfully combines three distinct and challenging agave varieties—Jabali, Madrecuishe, and Cuishe, each bringing its own character to create a truly complex and captivating spirit. Reina's traditional process begins with the cooking of the agaves in an earthen horno. The agaves are then milled by a traditional tahona, and the mash is naturally fermented in open-air pine vats. The final spirit is meticulously double-distilled in copper pots, allowing the unique notes of each agave to shine through while creating a seamless and beautifully integrated flavor profile.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: A powerful and intriguing bouquet that immediately showcases the complexity of the blend. Initial notes of bright tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) and a hint of wild flowers from the Jabali are balanced by the deep, earthy minerality and green herbal notes of the Madrecuishe and Cuishe.
