NOM 1123 – Crafted from single-estate Tequilana Weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco (Los Valles), this high-proof tequila (50% ABV) is made using traditional methods. The agave is cooked in an earthen pit, hand-crushed, and fermented in wooden tanks with 100% agave must, using deep well water as the source. It is double-distilled in a combination of Filipino-style wood and copper stills and stainless pot stills with copper coils. This unaged expression showcases bold character and purity.
