Tequila Ocho Plata is a single-estate tequila, with each batch sourced from a specific field to highlight the unique terroir of the Jalisco Highlands. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in open-air stainless steel vats using natural yeast before being double-distilled in copper pot stills with deep well water. The aroma offers freshly harvested agave, citrus peel, and white pepper, accented by mineral notes, floral undertones, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is crisp and complex, with flavors of sweet agave, lemon zest, and subtle spice, leading to a long finish that is slightly briny, herbal, and earthy.
