Tequila Ocho Reposado
Tequila Ocho Reposado is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands and aged for 8 weeks and 8 days in American oak barrels—just enough to enhance depth while preserving the agave’s natural brightness. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in open-air stainless steel vats with natural yeast before being double-distilled in copper pot stills using deep well water. Aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and baking spice are layered with notes of dried fruit, caramel, and toasted oak. On the palate, it’s smooth and well-rounded, offering flavors of cooked agave, cinnamon, and honey, leading to a warm finish with subtle smoke, oak, and a lingering hint of citrus zest.
